*2 cups rice, uncooked
*1 cup carrot juice
*1 teaspoon tomato paste
*1/2 small onion, finely chopped
*1 teaspoon olive oil
*1/2 teaspoon dry thyme, oregano, or basil
*1/2 teaspoon salt
*pepper to taste

<font size="3"><b><u>Directions:</u></b></font>
#Put the olive oil in the rice cooker
#Saute onions in skillet until limp.
#Add carrot juice to the rice cooker and top up with water to the 2-cup-mark.
#Add remaining ingredients.
#Wait.
#Eat.
