Battle for Wesnoth is a GPLv2-licensed turn-based strategy game. It has support for both pvp-multiplayer and multiplayer pve-campaigns. We're running a lobby server that can be used to start multiplayergames, without the need to start a local server. You can connect to it at stratholme.zom.bi. The Server is running the latest version from the debian testing repositories, so if you're running Debian testing or a testing based distro, you should be able to connect to our server with the game installed via apt install wesnoth. If you're used by proprietary operating systems, you can install the game on steam as well.
